Which companies

Companies that announced a funding round in the last 180 days. By default the board shows venture rounds: pre-seed through late-stage series rounds, plus venture rounds of unknown series. Debt, grants, private equity and public companies are hidden unless you tick "Include debt, grants & public cos".

Where the jobs come from

We find each company's careers page, identify the hiring system behind it (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Rippling, Teamtailor and about 20 others) and read the company's public job feed directly every morning. We never copy listings from other job boards. When a role disappears from the company's feed, it disappears from ours.

How we date roles

If the company publishes a posting date, we show it. If not, we use the day the role first appeared on the company's board. The exception: roles that were already open the first time we read a company's board. We can't know how old those are, so we label them "On board since" and never count them as new.

Hiring velocity

Because we read every board every day, we can see when roles are added and removed. "+12 in 30 days" means twelve roles first appeared in the last 30 days and are still open.

Membership

Everything older than 48 hours is free to browse. Members see each role the moment we find it, plus daily alerts and company follows.
