Why join Etched?

Every chatbot reply and agent step runs on inference hardware, so a cheaper chip could decide who runs frontier models at scale. If Etched, a San Jose chip company, becomes that hardware, it could sit under much of the AI economy. Argo, Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital back a $300M Series C, larger than 83% of rounds at its stage, and 64 of its 116 open roles are in engineering.

JustBacked's take, based on Etched's own site and its funding and hiring data.
