How we work

We’re a small team with ambitious goals and a lot to build. We work together in Gardena, move quickly, and take ownership of what we ship. Some days run into the evening as we work through hard problems and get improvements into customers’ hands. We’re looking for people who enjoy that pace and help each other deliver.
We use AI tools throughout engineering to accelerate research, implementation, testing, and documentation. We check the results and remain accountable for what ships.
