Why join Omen AI?
If liquid cooling becomes the default in AI data centers, Omen AI could own the coolant monitoring that keeps racks from failing unseen. Operators would end up relying on it the way they rely on power monitoring. This San Francisco AI hardware startup's $31M Series A, backed by CRV and General Motors, is larger than 63% of rounds at its stage, and five of its ten open roles were posted in the last month.

About Omen
Omen builds liquid cooling and monitoring for AI data centers. We sell hardware and software to data center operators, neoclouds and the OEMs that supply them, and every one of those deals runs through a contract. We're a venture-backed, Series A team that moves fast, and our commercial paperwork has to keep up.
The role
You'll own the contract desk for our commercial team. Today our VP of Commercialization is redlining NDAs and MSAs himself. Your job is to take that off his plate: get paper out fast, keep it clean, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between us, the customer and outside counsel.
What you'll do
- Draft, review and redline NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, pilot/evaluation agreements, vendor and supplier agreements against our playbook
- Build and maintain our contract templates, clause library and fallback positions
- Run the redline back and forth with customer and vendor legal teams; flag anything off-playbook and route it to the right person (Commercial lead, CFO or outside counsel)
- Own the contract lifecycle: intake, version control, signatures, storage, renewals and key-date tracking
- Stand up and run our CLM / e-signature tooling and the contract tracker
- Support corporate housekeeping: entity records, board consents, insurance certificates, vendor onboarding paperwork
- Help with export, data handling and security questionnaires that come with enterprise and data center deals
What you bring
- 3+ years as a contracts paralegal, contracts manager or contract administrator, in-house at a tech or hardware company or at a law firm with a commercial practice
- Hands-on redlining experience on commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements), not just admin
- Judgment about what's standard and what needs a lawyer
- Organized to the point of obsession; you don't lose versions
- Comfortable working with sales and ops people
Nice to have
- Paralegal certificate
- Hardware, manufacturing, data center, energy or infrastructure contracts (supply, warranty, on-site services, SLAs)
- Experience setting up a CLM (Ironclad, Juro, SpotDraft or similar) at an early-stage company
