Quantum Diamonds, a Garching bei München semiconductor inspection company, has raised $111M over six rounds, and its tools already run in labs in Munich, San Jose and Hsinchu. Its $17M Series A is smaller than most at its stage, but 11 open roles, with four in engineering, show the build-out has started.
