&Truth is looking for exceptional people to join our mission. If you’re excited about what we’re building at &Truth and believe you could make a meaningful impact, we’d like to hear from you. Tell us about your interest in &Truth, your qualifications, and what you would contribute.
Who we’re looking for:
People with a track record of exceptional results in their field, whatever their title or role.
Builders who are comfortable with moving fast and enjoy creating structure where none exists.
People who work well with teams, take ownership of their work, and follow through
People who are genuinely interested in building the foundations for a future of safer AI.
How this works: This is not an application for a specific open position. We review submissions regularly. If there’s a strong match with a current or upcoming need, someone from our team will reach out. Because we receive many applications, we can’t respond to each one individually, but every submission is read.
