  Every role is read from the company's own hiring system (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and 20 more) or its careers page. Apply goes to the company, not to us or anyone else.

• No recruiters or middlemen

  No staffing agencies, no “confidential client” listings and nothing reposted from other job boards. If a role is here, the startup itself is hiring.

• No scams or ghost companies

  Every employer is a real venture-backed startup with a funding round on record: the amount, the date and who led it.

• Never stale

  We re-read every board every day. When a company takes a role down, it leaves JustBacked the same day, and old postings are never passed off as new.
