Product Manager- Savings & ISAs
London · Full-time
Why join Constantinople?
The bet: a bank can be launched and run like software, with retail and business banking on one AI-native platform. If it works, Constantinople, a Sydney fintech, could become the default stack for new banks, as cloud did for startups. Airtree Ventures, Prosus Ventures and Square Peg Capital backed a $44M Series B that outsizes nearly half its peers, and 5 new roles in 30 days show the team is scaling.
JustBacked's take, based on Constantinople's own site and its funding and hiring data.
Constantinople’s AI-native platform eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure, and replaces manual operational and compliance processes with AI at scale. By removing the operational complexity of banking, Constantinople enables our client banks to focus on their customers and the business of banking.
The Role
You will own the Savings and ISA product suite for our UK clients, end to end. You will set its strategy, decide what gets built and why, and be accountable for how it performs once it is live with the banks and building societies we serve.
You will build products that our clients can launch quickly and run with confidence, from easy access and notice accounts to fixed-term bonds and Cash ISAs. That means getting the detail right on interest, transfers, allowances, and reporting, and making sure every product meets HMRC ISA rules and FCA requirements from day one.
You will work closely with Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, Product Design, Operations, and Risk and Compliance. You will also help shape how automation and AI can take the manual work out of savings operations, so our clients can focus on their customers.
